Black Women Leaders… When was the last time you had space to just be?

I’m so excited to partner with my friend Dr. Natasha Sistrunk Robinson to host the B.L.A.C.K. Women’s Leadership Retreat, with a focus on ‘Leading Through Grief’, a space to step away from the demands of life and leadership so you can pause, breathe, and be poured into.

This retreat is a curated space of Belonging. Loving. Accepting. Communing. Knowing.

Over three days and two nights, we’ll gather an intergenerational sisterhood of Black women from across the country to:

  • Rest and reflect on the past year
  • Tend to your heart
  • Set powerful intentions for the year ahead
  • Be celebrated exactly where you are in your journey

No matter your career, industry, life stage, or leadership role, this retreat was curated for you, your purpose, and your work.

Join us at our next retreat, August 30 – September 1, 2026, held at St. Francis Retreat Center, Stoneville, NC.

Meet the Hosts

For so many Black women, grief is the unspoken thing – the invisible pain.
