Blueberry Scones – Starbucks Copy Cat Recipe Review
I love Starbucks Coffee, it’s my favorite and I’m loving all the sweet treats that they are now offering. One of my favorite’s is their Blueberry Scones! I used to purchase one of these yummy treats during my lunch break to eat as an afternoon snack of all things instead of for breakfast. Well after trying it for the first time last year, I knew I wanted to make it at home. So I’m finally getting to eat and after searching for a recipe, I came across this Blueberry Scone CopyCat Recipe and gave it a go with the assistance of my 8 year old mini me!
The recipe was straight forward and easy to follow. The prep and cook time was not long at all…it actually took longer to take pics for this post, lol! I did add more large crystals of sugar at the very end, after removing the scones from the oven, to give it that infamous Starbucks sugary look. As for me, they looked and tasted great and were a hit with my hubs and kids! My daughter suggested using the recipe to make blueberry muffins, which I think would also work.
I will definitely be making these again and recommend this recipe! Have you tried any copy cat recipes lately!
