Organization of any type can be challenging, especially for the working mom and wife. I have a nice collection of cookbooks but with the age of technology, I use the internet to find mostly all of my recipes. The problem is, I never write them down so when I go online to look for the recipe again…I may or may not find it. Thankfully for this past Thanksgiving, I found my Turkey Recipe that I used in 2010 by Food Network’s Alton Brown. Needless to say, that’s quite risky.
The Cook’n(r) Recipe Organizer is an awesome software tool/application that can save you tons of time with finding, sorting, saving, organizing or transferring favorite family recipes into one place. It also has a nifty feature that I’m really excited about for meal planning that includes a shopping list option. The software installation was easy and navigation within the application was simple as well since demos on how to use it is provided. My first order of business was finding my Thanksgiving Turkey recipe…I was too giddy when I found it and added it to my Main Dish page on the app.
I love the Cook’n slogans … “the last cookbook you’ll ever need“! Certainly true for me!

I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.
I will use the Cook’n Recipe Organizer mostly for gluten and dairy free recipes, but also for DIY household supplies (face creams, soaps, candles, cleaners, shampoos, etc.) recipes which I enjoy making for myself & my family.
I would gift this to my mom! She is somewhat of a recipe hoarder LOL and she definitely could use some help with organization!
This is a great idea! I usually use Pinterest since I don’t cook huge meals that often. If you like to cook most of the week this is a good idea.
I have tons of recipes I have taken from old magazines that I need to get organized, actually started trying to weed through them last night to see which ones I knew I wouldn’t make anymore. Really need to figure out a way to keep them organized.
I would use this to organize the numerous years worth of recipes I have in various media….This is such an wonderful idea. Perfect for getting organized in the new year.
I would love to use this to help me meal plan for the week and stay organized with recipes for blog posts!
I would use the organizer to get dinner ideas. I love trying new recipes!
