I’m on the last leg (not my last leg) of the No Heat December Natural Hair Challenge! I’m still going strong with no heat usage on my hair. The pics below were taken previously. The challenge has been great and I want to thank Vet at Real College Girl of Atlanta for hosting this challenge! For more of my natural hair styles click here!

Now the skinny on my naturally curly hair texture…it takes work! I’m still trying to find that perfect routine and combination of products to manage my hair. And when I go from curly to straight, it takes at least 2 hours with washing, conditioning, blow drying and flat ironing. I’m able to maintain this look for about 2 weeks. Managing my natural hair is a challenge within itself but I wouldn’t change it for anything at this point!

  2. I love your curly hair I thinks its amazing. You look gorgeous either way though. I tried the natural hair no heat challenge last year and let me just say I totally failed.I couldn’t do it after 2 weeks of no curling or flat ironing my hair. Since my hair is so wavy and lion-like (it gets puffy with humidity and I have a lot of hair and it’s super thick). I’m also so excited about your giveaways. I’ve been a follower of yours for quite a while and I really love hearing what you have to say. I don’t comment as much as I should but I hope to change that.
