A little “Girl Time” is hard to come by these days. And it’s mainly due to the thought of having to plan it all out. My Bestie lives several hours away and we both are married with kids. In times past we would get together with our other close friend to celebrate each of our birthdays…but even getting together 3 times a year has proven to be near impossible. So today, I’ll be sharing a super cute DIY ‘Girlfriend Mug’, that you can make for your dear friends to celebrate your friendship, no matter where you live!

And speaking of mugs, my all-time favorite coffee, hands down, that I’ve gotta have in my mug is…HELLO, Starbucks®! I need Starbucks® to function in all aspects of Life. So, the idea of being able to enjoy Starbucks® at home is just dreamy! I was gifted a Keurig by my Hubs a few Christmas’s ago, of course in my favorite color Red. I have been enjoying my Starbucks® at home ever since.

Now the exciting part, Starbucks® has new Starbucks® Caffè Latte K-Cup® pods!

And made in my favorite flavor Caramel among other signature flavors, like Mocha and Vanilla and some of your holiday faves like Pumpkin Spice and Peppermint Mocha! Best part, you can grab these from any of your local grocery stores!

And making it at home only takes A few simple steps before enjoying the flavors that we all love… So Step 1. Pour your favorite packet of flavor into your mug…mine of course being Caraaaamel…..

Step 2. Brew the Starbucks® Caffè Blend K-Cup® pod in your Keurig® brewer, stir and enjoy the yummy goodness!

And as expected….It is sooooo Good! Made from milk and with no artificial flavors. And what better way to celebrate the new Starbucks® Caffe Latte K-Cup® than to share it with a friend! So again, grab yours at any local grocery store.

Now for the DIY ‘GirlFriend Mug’!

Materials: Coffee Mug(s), Permanent Markers (metallic silver and gold), Friendship Verse/Quote/Message

Outside of Mug:

1. Draw a vine by drawing a line in the shape of a ribbon. Draw leaves on the vine.
2. Write verse/quote/message on the mug.
3. Using dots, draw an outline of a heart and fill it in with dots. And place along side the text.
4. On the opposite side, in the center, write out “~EST. XXXX~” replace the “X” with the year in which your friendship began.
