I’m on the last week of my latest bout of Thin in 30 by The Firm (see last week’s Wellness Wednesday) so beginning next week I’ll be switching/shaking things up a bit. A few things I’m thinking to try are 30 miles in 30 days (just the thought sounds so exhausting) and the 30 day Shred! I’ve recently came across these ideas via my blog hop visits during the Monthly Measures linkup! I think I’ll give the 30 miles in 30 days a try since I will need to order the 30 day Shred program. I’ll definitely still add in strength training, 2-3 times a week. I’ll keep you posted!!
