When I find a great product, I like to stick with it and this fitness DVD series by The Firm is great! I actually started using home workouts by The Firm after my daughter was born, over 6 years ago and achieved great results. So when I saw “Thin in 30” which featured mini-workouts, I knew that it would be a winner! As a wife, mom and full timer outside of the home, it’s tough to meet my fitness goals due to limited time. So again, with these short hit it hard sessions, it’s much more doable.
The program only requires 20 minutes of your time, 3 days a week. I like to use this as my base workout, then add in additional time for running and additional strength training.
