When it comes to making better, healthier and safer food choices for our children, there is no secret that Organic is the way to go! So, today I’m sharing 3 honest and healthy foods for your babies that are…you guessed it, Organic foods from Sprout®!

3 Honest and Healthy Foods for Your Babies

I know you are with me when I say, I’m so over and done with buying foods blindly. Like purchasing things that could be harmful for me and my family. Foods that include ingredients that I’ve never heard of, or things that are genetically manufactured (containing GMO’s). It’s time to no longer be ignorant. It’s time to educate ourselves on the foods that we consume and make better choices.

I’m loving that Sprout® offers honest and healthy food for babies and toddlers! They use only USDA certified organic and non-GMO ingredients, and contains no preservatives, additives, or anything artificial.

So here’s 3 Honest and Healthy Foods for Your Babies:

Sprout® Power Pak™

Unlike other baby food brands that use added chemical fortification, Sprout® Power Pak™ toddler purees are made from 100% plant-based nutrients. Sprout’s unique superblend (coconut milk, navy beans, chia, dates) provides essential nutrients for toddlers, including 3 grams of protein, 3 grams of fiber, a full serving of fruit, and omega 3 from chia. Sprout® Power Pak™ toddler purees were the first Toddler Puree in clear pouch packaging and are available in 4 delicious varieties (Kiwi Banana & Spinach, Tropical Fusion, Apple Apricot & Strawberry, and Strawberry Banana & Butternut Squash) in 4 ounce pouches with twist-off, re-sealable caps.

3 Honest and Healthy Foods for Your BabiesHave ever appreciated the option for your baby to self feed with a baby feed pouch, then you have Sprout® to thank as they were the first brand to put purees in a pouch… Thank you, thank you, THANK You! By allowing my little to self feed with the pouch, I’m able to get a quick bite in myself lol!

Sprout® Stage 3 Plant-based Protein Baby Food Purees

The first line of plant-based protein baby food in the category, these purees are a delicious protein alternative to meat and dairy-based products, and offer protein and fiber from organic chickpeas, lentils, and beans. Available in 3 varieties (Butternut Chickpea Quinoa & Dates, Pumpkin Apple Red Lentil with Cinnamon, and Sweet Pea Carrot Corn & White Bean) in 4 ounce pouches with twist-off, re-sealable caps.

  7. I have heard a lot about the sprout brand. And I have tried a few of their products. I was hoping that my daughter would like them. Unfortunately she really didn’t. I thought it was delicious though.

  8. Beans are a great source of protein. When my daughter was younger we made our own purees. This would have been a nice alternative. I’ll be sure to share this information with other friends and family!

Thanks so much and yes, it has become so much easier to not have to make our own purees.

  9. These products look great .But unfortunately plant based proteins are not first class proteins and thus lack all essential amino acids .These can be used to complement baby’s meals definitely .Growing babies need all the essential amino acids for complete growth

Thanks so much! Definitely, it’s known that babies need all essential amino acids so these honest and healthy foods are compliments to an already healthy diet.
