A little rest and relaxation never hurt anyone…even God took a rest break on the Sabbath, lol! But seriously, rest is important. You may not always have the time nor the money but you can relax a little with these 3 Ways to Relax.

3 Ways To Relax

  1. Do NOTHING. In the hustle and bustle age in which we live, it is almost frightening to ‘do nothing’ especially if you have a type A personality as I do. But we ALL need rest and just doing nothing is a great way to relax, if only for 10 minutes.
  2. Do Something You Enjoy. Most often we don’t make time for the things that we enjoy. By adding in some enjoyable activities that are non-work related, it helps to give us a more balance in our life. Thus, the enjoyable activity is relaxing.
  3. Do a Spa at Home. Create a spa like atmosphere in your home for some much needed rest and YOU time! This is one of my faves because it is indeed relaxing yet inexpensive. And there are so many aromatherapy products out there to choose from.
