So I’ve been free of make-up and contact lenses for 2 weeks now due to some of my job duties at work. I have been performing testing in our manufacturing area where make-up and contacts are not allowed, as to not contaminate the area. Anyways, I love love make-up so I have to say I’ve been feeling somewhat naked without it!
Also, over the past few weeks I’ve been trying to find some easy-to-do natural hair (not chemically straightened/relaxed) styles. For some inspiration, I went to YouTube and searched ‘natural hairstyles’. I came across a tutorial (here) for a faux mohawk and decided to give it a go. My hair is probably half the length shown in the tutorial but I love the result, using the same products and tools!
Very afro-centric for the work place but hey, I’m rocking it! It’s also hairnet friendly…for any of you pharma beauties out there!
