  1. Bergamot – has a very sweet smell, soothes nerves to reduce nervous tension, anxiety and stress. Helps to relieve repressed emotions.
  2. Grapefruit – found effective as a mild natural antidepressant, being used to increase alertness while calming the nerves.
  3. Lavender – maybe one of the more well known essential oils. One of its many benefits is its ability to improve mood. Can relieve anxious thoughts and balance mood.
  4. Neroli – actually comes from the flowers of the orange tree. Helps to clear your head and to reduce stress.

  7. Cute outfit! I especially like the cross duster. I’ve been into essential oils for a few years. Lavender oil helps me sleep like a baby.
