just do it

I do not have any New Year’s Resolutions but I do have goals to continue to lead a happier, healthier lifestyle. I’ll use Nike’s famous phrase to say “Just Do It”!  Set SMART Goals and make a commitment to keep them. I simply charted my 2014 goals to improve upon 2013’s.

  1. I don’t make resolutions either. Congrats on finishing a 5k! Going to the spa is something I’m going to add to my list of things to do this year though.

      Thanks Deauna! I go to the spa at least once per year and every time I go I always wonder why I don’t go more often…so well needed!

  2. I love this. I’m exactly the same way. Instead of having resolutions, I always make goals. Great Goals for the new year, I have no doubt you’ll accomplish them in no time.
