There have been a few things on my list of must haves for my closet and I’m slowly but surely filing them in. And one of them has been the oh so trending Over the Knee Boots. I’m becoming such the ‘practical’ shopping. As I’m shopping for things like clothes and shoes, I want to make sure that I am able to wear them across seasons. So the thought that I could only wear the OTKs during cold months kind of put me off from buying them…but they were just too cute not to buy!   12. This is cute – but I have to disagree about the OTKs being just for winter or cold months. I think you could totally pull these off in the summer time with this or a similar tank dress, but without the pants/leggings underneath and without the sweater.
