Bump Love Update, Maternity Style

Bump Love Update. We’re at 28 weeks…that means the end of the 2nd Trimester! Hello to what I’m calling the home stretch of prego life! Although, we already have kids, I love reading the week by week baby developments and I’m still amazed at the whole process and how God orchestrates it all!

According to What To Expect, at Week 28:

  • Our baby has started to blink,
  • Settling into the proper position for birth, with head facing downward,
  • Now about 2.5 pounds and almost 16 inches,
  • Working on hiccuping, intense sucking and better breathing.

My maternity style continues to be a mix of non-maternity clothes worn as maternity with an occasional maternity piece. I found this cute non-maternity top at Kohl’s, part of the Vera Wang Collection which worked perfectly for my bump due to the flowy front panel. Paired with career pants and jean vest, to create an easy to wear look. All links below are non-maternity.

  3. I love that blouse! It’s incredibly flattering paired with that jacket. You look beautiful. When I was pregnant with both of my children, I lived in cotton dresses. I definitely should have aimed higher 🙂

  6. I always loved finding tops that were not maternity. Didn’t work too well during the end though. Lol. You look great. I hope you’re feelin’ good.

Thanks so much! You are absolutely right about the non-maternity not working at the end though. I really balloon at the end so we’ll see what I’ll be wearing. Unfortunately, I had did away with all my old maternity clothes so I’m just trying to make it work right now. Thanks so much for stopping by and I’m feeling well!
