I have been hitting it hard lately with my health and fitness goals! My goal is not to just be thin but to be healthy and strong. So, along with being on Week 5 of P90X3, I am currently on Week 3 of the Running for Weightloss Pro App that I downloaded on my IPhone (screen shots below via).

The app is an 8 week program that combines walking, running and sprinting to create a fat burning routine. It’s 3 days per week and each session is approximately 41 minutes. I usually get in about 3 miles at each workout! I run outside and indoors, mainly dependent upon the weather. I must admit that outdoors has been more challenging due to the amount of hills/inclines I have in my neighborhood. I like the treadmill because I’m able to view and adjust my speed especially during the sprints! I’m feeling really good about this app!
