I’m happy to report that we are now in March and I am still stoked about health and fitness! My hubby and I are graduates of the first P90X workout series from a few years ago and we just purchased and started the new P90X3 series.

We are now into Week 3 (Woot Woot) and my body is feeling it! It’s that good feeling, workout soreness that you get when you know you’ve been hitting it hard to meet your goals! I am super excited about this series because it is only 30 minutes a day but it does not lack any of the challenge! The 1st P90X series ranged from 1 hour to 1.5 hours, more time than I wanted to dedicate to a home workout plan because in addition to doing the P90X3 at home, we are still hitting the gym. I’m using the gym more so for cardio and occasionally adding in additional strength training.

One thing I’ve learned from experience…You WILL NOT see changes during the 1st few weeks starting any fitness plan/routine, if you are doing it correctly and not crash dieting or something silly like that! BUT if you stick with it; you will see changes and let those results FUEL your motivation!!!

  1. I am so delighted to hear your reaching all your fitness goals. It’s always an amazing feeling when you reach a goal and set a new one for yourself. Especially when you get to see the amazing results that come from it. P90X is amazing I used to do it in school for track and volleyball conditioning. Definitely an amazing, fat burning workout.
