I’m definitely having mixed feelings about the cropped top trend! I remember Janet Jackson in this cropped vest in “That’s the Way Love Goes” Video in the 90s. I’m sure Janet still looks fabulous in a cropped top…she’s always had killer abs.

I thought the cropped top was the coolest style and when I was in High School I did wear my share but I don’t think I could do it now. I could possibly, just possibly see myself wearing one at the beach but not for a day-to-day look. Additionally, is there an age limit for wearing a cropped top?
What’s your thoughts on the cropped top? Like It…Love It… Hate It?

Lol, is there an age limit…I often wonder the same thing when I see people wearing them! I think it’s a cute look if worn properly and in the right setting. I definitely would wear one at the beach and even for a night out on the town with the girls or the hubby even. But not just to be wearing while I’m running my errands and taking care of business, etc. etc. I definitely would have to get my abs on point first…that, to me, is a requirement for wearing these types of shirts! Ijs!!!
I think it’s cute too, that’s why it’s so debateable for me! Still pondering :). We’ll see…the fall will be here soon.
Personally, I don’t like them. It’s from a modesty stand point. I’ve worn them in the past. But after giving my life to Christ and learning what modesty really is, they’re not for me. (^_^)
