Postpartum Weight Loss

Postpartum Weight Loss. Let’s face it…your body is NOT the same after you birth a child! But I’m here to tell you that it. is. okay! I’m sure you’ve heard or read that it takes 10 months to gain all the baby weight so give yourself at least that amount of time to get the weight off.

I haven’t done anything at this point to aid in losing weight but nurse the baby. As I’ve mentioned in my Postpartum Notes to Self, I am taking a different approach this time around with taking it slow to jump back into the workout/diet game. I haven’t even been walking yet. Looking forward to the weightless journey but for now I’ll just cuddle with my little!

  1. Well the 1st go around I gained 58 lbs and it took me 6 mos to lose all the weight, the second pregnancy I gained 23 lbs and I lost 62lbs in a 1 yr,( my daughter was a preemie) the third time I gained 18 1bs and lost 45 lbs in 5 mos. So with each pregnancy it was different. So I say just eat healthy, walking is good when the weather permits and lots of leg raisers and situps you will be just fine and drink tons of water 🙂 You look good the baby is beautiful and take your time 🙂
