Friends…how many of us have them…Friends! Do you remember that song released in 1984 by Whodini? I was only 6 years old when the song came out but remember it because I had older sisters that would jam music around the house, when our parents were gone of course.
Regarding friends, C.S. Lewis wrote, “Friendship is unnecessary, like philosophy, like art… It has no survival value; rather it is one of those things that give value to survival.”
I love my friends! I enjoy spending time with them whenever our busy schedules allow. But no matter how busy we are, we are sure to get together at least around our birthdays, additionally when there are other special occasions or for support at an event. We share in our ever evolving life – the good, the bad, the ugly and we are there to provide support wherever and whenever it’s needed. A friend loves at all times… Proverbs 17:17
