It always amazes me how before one holiday is over, we are on to the next. Christmas is over now we are on to Valentine’s Day…a fave I know for all the girls in the world. I remember when I was growing up, my Dad always would give me candy and a stuffed animal, for the longest time. It was so special. He loved us (his house of only girls) so much! My grandfather got me candy one year, and gave it to me when he gave my grandma hers (one of those chocolate hearts). I was so pleased I remember it still, and that’s been a long time ago now. 🙂
